At the moment, we do not allow any external links on your Zencare profile. What we found through user testing is that when clients had multiple tabs to open and search through, there were lower rates of follow-through to contact. Of course, that's not what we want to see!
That being said, we do support live links in the Messaging Portal, so you can send along your practice website and any other intake links via your Zencare inbox when new client referrals reach out, and complete their consultation scheduling that way :)
We also recommend that therapists utilize their Zencare media (photos, video) on their own website and social media, as well as add the Zencare badge to their personal website, to boost web traction and domain authority!
