The range of session fees your practice appears under depends on your ongoing session fee and your sliding scale (if offered). The ongoing session fee sets the upper limit price per session, and the lowest sliding scale price you list sets the lower limit.
For example: If you offer $200 ongoing sessions and a sliding scale fee of $100-$200/session, you will show up for all searches that include a value in the range of $100-$200.
You can easily update your fees and sliding scale offerings by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Insurance & Fees section of the Zencare portal, and under "Fees," click the "Edit" button.
2. Make sure you've toggled ON that you have openings for sliding scale spots, then enter your lowest fee amount next to "What is your sliding scale lowest limit?" as well as your Individual Sessions fee to indicate your highest rate. Then, click "Submit" and your range will be automatically updated!
