Initial 10min phone consultations booked through Zencare are completely free and function simply to ensure a good therapist-client fit prior to the first session!
It is not currently possible to book full appointments via Zencare; the initial phone consultation is a good time to ask the provider about their insurance status and fees, which would only apply to a full appointment!
