When your practice has multiple locations it is important to be mindful of which location filter is applied when viewing the Calendar. Users need to make sure when they book client sessions that the filter is applied for the correct location.
The Calendar will only show the therapists in the sidebar who work at the location you’ve selected. Keep in mind, if you do not see the therapist you need to book a session with, you’ll need to change the Location filter at the top of the page.
