Absolutely - if you'd like. Zencare Practice Management stores all of your practice data, including session notes, documents, and client information, on our secure servers. However, we believe strongly that it is your data, and that you should be able to do with it what you'd like.
At any time, you are free to download any of your data to your own computer or devices for local storage, though this is by no means a requirement. Zencare Practice Management stores your practice data securely, including backups across our network of servers, so your practice data is always preserved and secure.
To export all of your data from your Zencare Practice Management account, you will need to:
- Export data using the Data Export feature (be sure to export all eight of them!), and
- Export client session notes using the Session Notes Export (you will have to do this client by client).
Once you have exported all of this data, you can store it locally as you prefer.
