As a service provider, Zencare Practice Management works for you to store and make accessible your practice data in ways that help you be more efficient. This means that you always own your information, and Zencare Practice Management is just holding on to it for you acting as a custodian.
Zencare Practice Management is designed to allow you as a practice owner to access and download your practice information from Zencare Practice Management whenever you'd like. Simply use one of the many Data Exports at any time to export your information from Zencare Practice Management for whatever reason (e.g. downloading your client list; year-end accounting; computing therapist payments).
