You will need a Reimbursify account to use Private Pay Booster.
To create a Private Pay Booster account for Zencare, first log into the Members portal, and then select the Try Private Pay Booster button on the left hand panel.
If you do not see this button in your Members portal, please contact the Zencare support team.
You can add Private Pay Booster to your account by selecting the slider at the bottom of the Zencare Plan screen. under Select your add-ons.
You will then receive an email that with a link to confirming your upgrade.
You can now select Log in to Private Pay Booster from the left hand panel.
You can also access the same button from the Plan Management view.
Next, create a Private Pay Booster account using your Zencare email address within Reimbursify. You will need to input your NPI number to continue.
After successful account creation, you'll have access to the Zencare Private Pay Booster through Reimbursify.
Finally, log back into your Zencare Marketing account and you will have access to Private Pay Booster by selecting the Log in to Private Pay Booster button.
