What does each membership setup option include?

Here's a breakdown to help you choose the best setup option for your practice!
 

Remote setup: $80 ($100 for groups)

• Schedule a Zoom video call with a trained Zencare photographer who will coach you through how to take polished photos and videos with your smartphone. In advance of the call, we'll send you a robust guide with instructions on how to prepare and what to expect. Please note that a tripod is required for the remote photoshoot, and is not provided by Zencare. 
• This option is designed for providers more than 1hr driving distance from cities where our photographers are based, and who are unable to travel to those cities. 

In-person setup: $130 ($200 for groups)

• With this option, you receive a 75-minute onsite photo and videoshoot with a trained photographer, and marketing tips and guidelines to help you prepare for the video and create your profile.
• This is great for those who would like a professional photoshoot to improve their practice marketing and live within 1hr of a city with a Zencare photographer.

Although you are not required to book and complete the photo and video shoot, the setup fee is a requirement for each profile, and not able to be waived. If you have further questions about setting up your membership, please contact the Zencare support team!
