There are many reasons to choose our convenient remote set-up option, and this is becoming an increasingly popular choice! If you’re practicing social distancing, live in an area outside our in-person photography range, or simply prefer a remote shoot experience, we have you covered.
Getting set up remotely:
You can schedule a virtual photo/video shoot with a specially trained Zencare photographer directly within your Member's Portal.
In advance of your remote shoot, we'll send you a robust guide with instructions on how to prepare and what to expect as well!
Once the shoot is completed, you can send your video file(s) to us at photos@zencare.co, via email or WeTransfer. Your photographer will share the photos with us, and our editing team will take care of polishing your media and uploading the finished products to your Member's Portal within one week of receiving the files.
