At this point, you know that Zencare is stored on AWS's global cloud infrastructure, and that you access Zencare by logging on to a secure website.
But, how does Zencare manage the communication of information between our servers and your computer?
At Zencare, we use bank-level encryption (SSL or the https protocol). All data is encrypted as it moves between secure servers and the device and browser on which a therapist, social worker, psychotherapist, or clinician accesses their Zencare account.
As an additional security measure, each Zencare account has its own segregated database, accessible only from a customized, account-specific URL. The login pages are not searchable on Google, for security reasons. There's no way to login to a Zencare account from the regular Zencare website, and that is by design.
