As part of our ongoing effort to ensure that Zencare Practice Management is a secure platform practice owners have the option to receive notification when failed login attempts are made so you can mitigate with the user or identify unauthorized attempts at access to the account.
This setting can be disabled if you prefer, by going to Settings > Practice Details and changing it under the practice email you've listed. However, we do recommend keeping it on for security purposes.
