Creating a Therapist
The Therapists menu is where you can add, remove, and edit a therapist to your practice and modify their availability. To begin, select the + sign in the upper right to add a therapist.
From the Create Therapist menu, you will be able to enter their Contact Details and modify information regarding Invoices and Receipts as well as their Therapist Signature and Availability & Scheduling, Client Portal profile, and License information. Once you have entered in all of the appropriate information, select Create Therapist in the bottom right.
Your Zencare Practice Management account will use the information in your therapist profile to build your sessions, invoices, receipts, notes, and exports. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
Notes on Therapist Signatures
This will be used on financial documents and to sign session notes with. Select the Choose an Image button to upload your digital file. Once you have uploaded the file, drag the Signature Size bar to adjust the size.
Your signature image file must be under 450 kilobytes (kb), and in PNG, GIF, or JPG format.
Editing a Therapist
To edit a therapist, select the therapist and then select Edit from the bar in the upper right.
Once you are finished editing a therapist, select Update Therapist in the bottom right of the Update Therapist menu.
Updating Availability
To update availability, select the therapist and then select Availability from the bar in the upper right.
From the Therapist Availability menu you can select the days and times in which a therapist is open to see clients. Once finished select Save in the bottom right.
