You can enter the details for your practice from the Practice Details screen under Settings. From here, you will see the following tabs at the top.

Basics
The Basics tab includes the core information about your practice such as Contact Details, Address, Language and Region, the ability to configure basic Security settings, customize your Logo, Client Portal Location Description, and Office Calendar color scheme.
Make sure when you first set up Zencare Practice Management that you enter in all of the information with an asterisk (*) as these details are important to managing your practice.
Logo Customization
You can upload your logo by selecting the Choose an Image button under Customization, and finding the file you will be using as your logo. Once uploaded you can adjust the size of your logo using the scroll bar.
Your image file must be under 450 kilobytes (kb), and in PNG, GIF, or JPG format.
Financial Documents
The Financial Documents tab allows you to set up how documents such as invoices and receipts appear to clients. You can set up Preferences on whether or not to Display Payers on Invoices, Show the Next Appointment, Show therapist signatures on Superbills, Show full client diagnosis on superbills, and Show Attendance on invoices and receipts. You can also decide whether to go with the Classic or Modern template for your invoices and receipts.
Rooms
From the Rooms tab you can configure different rooms for booking purposes. You can Enable or Disable Room Booking from here, as well as add rooms by selecting the Add Room button. Once a room is created, you can select the Pencil icon to edit the details of your room such as its name and any notes you would like to add, and the Trashcan to delete it if needed.
Tags
You can add and modify tags from the Tags tab. You can create a name for a new tab from the Title box and select an associated color by selecting the color box or entering the RBG number to the right. Once you are finished you can select Add Tag to add your tag to the list, and you can edit a tag by selecting the Pencil icon. You can delete a tag by selecting the Trashcan icon.
Therapist Settings
Here you can modify settings related to therapists and how they view clients, whether or not they have access to other therapist's notes, can see each other's schedules, can modify financial documents, send forms, have access to client prospects and client exports, as well as un-sign notes which they do not own. Once you have made a change, remember to select the Save button at the bottom.
Admin Settings
Here you can change settings for administrators. These include, allowing administrators to see and edit Forms & Measures, the Export Dashboard, the Stripe Dashboard, Export, and Settings, Notes, and Subscription information.
