The Secure Messaging section under Settings allows you to customize the ability for clients to message you from the Client Portal. Here you can enable or disable secure messaging, decide whether or not secure messaging can be used either only In Office Only or In Office and with Clients, whether or not a client can only message their therapist or any therapist, allow office admins to message clients, and whether or not you or admins receive notifications about payments through the Client Portal.
